Combining work and play is an art form and our photographer Tony Bennett is a master craftsman. Early this August Tony was called to shoot the cover photo for Four Corners Golf Magazine. This is nothing new for the commercial photographer who's shot Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader calendars and many years of Dr. Pepper ads, but this assignment was right down his fairway.

The magazine cover was to feature former vice president Dan Quayle playing at the Telluride Ski and Golf Club in Colorado. Of course Bennett had to play the course a few times to scout the perfect shot and as you can see, he found it sitting pretty on the back nine. Mr. Quayle was an excellent subject and although we're not at liberty to disclose their score, Tony Bennet held his own against the former U.S. VP.

We revisited Telluride a few weeks after the photo shoot to location scout for an upcoming video production for an Air Methods vendor, the world's largest air ambulance operator. We found a valley surrounded by several 14ers and a semi-predictable Alpin Glow for the Bell 222 helicopter to make it's dramatic appearance at the beginning of the video.

While up in the mountain village we also took the opportunity to grab a new snowboard and check out the new resort digs under construction for this upcoming ski season. Tony Bennett doesn't get to have all the fun around here you know.
