Real estate websites are fantastic exercises in connectivity, flexibility, and ease of use. Kinetic has recently launched BravosBoyz.com for the premier real estate sales and vacation rental agency on Vieques Island. The Bravos Boyz have been Kinetic clients for many years and we've produced a series of branded websites for their vacation properties. This year they decided to redefine themselves as the island's only full-service real estate agency.

Kinetic Studio created a complete identity package from the logo on up to business cards, flash banner ads, letterhead, HTML email templates, real estate yard signs and even car magnets.

The website we produced incorporates many new technologies that set their real estate site far apart from any other Vieques listing sites. Flash animations with images of their high-end luxury villa rentals can be updated from their office and field laptops easily and instantly. They can manage their listings and update photos and text from any browser at any moment, ensuring their content is the most up-to-the-minute Vieques listings on the web.

The user experience has been redefined as well.

By logging in, potential and returning guests can browse Vieques vacation rentals and sales listings, leave written and video reviews, create a 'shortlist' and join the VIP Buyer's list. They are then signed up for an eNewsletter for new listing announcements and the Bravos Boyz agents can view customer requests and notes from the field, responding quickly with the exact information needed.

Each property has a google map link and a general Vieques Real Estate Map gives a real-time display of every property for sale and rent through the Bravos Boyz agency. URLs can be used to locate hard to find properties in the hills of Vieques using many smart phone GPS mapping applications.

One of the biggest highlights is that we've integrated all of the database info so that the agents can quickly and easily update their site, by themselves, with no special software. No special code, no tweaks. Just login and post new listings, upload photos, manage reservation requests, email, everything...from any computer with an internet connection and a web browser.

The site design reflects the Bravos Boyz image of being clean and well organized with a few interesting surprises worked in. The home page sports a constantly updating slideshow grid navigation and property listings have the ability to zoom into photos far enough to read the labels of boxes in the cupboards and see the Vieques ferry creeping along the horizon (seen through the living room window of Bravos by the Sea).

I've stayed in many of these villas to photograoh them and must say that as beautiful as they look in the site, it's really difficult to capture the deeply relaxed and silent feel of these amazing properties set on the actual island of Vieques. The Bravos Boyz manage most of the island's premium vacation rental properties and already have a million dollar listing on the waterfront in the fishing village of Esperanza. Given their track record with construction management, architectural design, interior design and incredible landscaping (they created and cultivated the acclaimed Garden District of Bravos de Boston), we expect this site to grow exponentially over the next year.
