Coldwell Banker is about to launch a global rebranding of their Luxury real estate line, Previews International, and Kinetic Illusions is producing videos and photography that will be used to illustrate the high standards of marketing materials of the new brand.

Previews International represents luxury listings in over 50 countries with prices ranging from $2.8 million (US) and higher. We’ve been filming several estates and mansions in the $17-22 million range in the West Coast of the United States recently and have developed several new techniques for capturing optimum video and stills. From a quiver of specialized lenses to highly portable LED lights, our small team can film tens of thousands of square feet and acres of landscaping in a short amount of time.

Karl Alexander has been filming luxury villas and estates for nearly 10 years and has developed a cinematic style similar to Previews’ founder, Henderson Talbot. He highlights what makes a property special in a sweeping visual tour that shows the entire estate while pausing on the finer details.
